Abstract

In this article we will analyze the work of Pablo Llorens, an avid comic strip writer whose work has been recreated on the big screen using clay animation. A self-taught filmmaker in the stop-motion method, he is a breaking new ground with this technique in Spain, which now finds itself in a period of development and appreciation. We will also study his particular film technique and the cynical thematic subjects, both entertaining and surrealist, that are presented in his work.
