Abstract
The fantasy film genre, which has been traditionally despised and forgotten, seems to be living a revival nowadays; however, the quality of these new films should not be taken for granted. Jacinto Molina is probably the most devoted Spanish film director and the most famous in other countries, although he was never acknowledged in his own. Now, being 73 years old and having worked for more than 40 years, this versatile artist (director, scriptwriter and actor under the pseudonym of Paul Naschy) will tell us about the situation of the fantasy genre in the past and in the present time. In addition, he will comment on his most representative works, such as Night of the Werewolf (El retorno del hombre lobo, Enrique López Eguiluz, 1968), The Traveller (El caminante, 1979) or The Frenchman’s Garden (El huerto del francés, 1977) and he will also reveal some details about his upcoming project.Downloads
